Here's a list of commonly asked questions we get from our Chicago Candle Co fans:

    • How soon can I expect my candles?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  We ship all orders within 3-4 days of order received. Most orders ship out via USPS and we will be sure to follow up with a tracking number once shipped, Please note that all items purchased with a free shipping code will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, Thank you for your understanding.
    • My order is a gift for someone else; can I add a gift note and or make sure no detailed receipt is sent?
    • No problem, just add gift note instructions in the checkout area and we will take care of the rest! No paper receipt is provided in any box, the only receipt you will receive is the one emailed upon ordering.
      • Does Chicago Candle offer samples to its customers?
      • While we would love for everyone to smell our entire line of candles, there isn't a way for us to meet thousands of sample requests that include fulfillment and shipping costs added... all for free. In the mean time, you can check out our locations page and see if there's a store that carries our candles where you can sniff them.
      • Does Chicago Candle ship internationally?
      • As of now, we ship to Canada. Shipping costs apply. Please contact us for more information or for a specially shipped order.
      • How long will it take for candles to be delivered to Canada?
      • We've seen anywhere between 5-12 days but it will always depend on location.
      • Do you guys offer free package tracking?
      • We sure do! We recently started offering online tracking for our customers. You will receive a shipping confirmation email letting you know your order is on its way. It will also have a tracking number.
      • Hey Chicago Candle. I live in X town, US and the tracking number says my order is in Y town, US. Help please!
      • Packages get misplaced sometimes. Simply email us at info@chicagocandleco.com with your order number and we'll get this issue squared away!
      • May I return items back to you?                                         We do accept returns from orders placed on our website within 30 days. What we will refund are candles: unused (you can't have lit them) and retuned to us in solid condition, no breaks or chips in the glass, you must pack them safely for transit.       • We would love to carry awesome candles at our store/barbershop/boutique/website/awesome venue. How do we make it happen?

      • Can we tour your facilities and see how you make your candles?
      • We can definitely arrange for this! We can do a private tour or run a class with up to 25 guests, write to sara@chicagocandleco.com and she can provide more details.
      • Do you test on animals?
      • Absolutely not.
